I have been in the Baking/Pastry business for 20 years
and hold an associates degree cum laude from Johnson and Wales University.
I have worked in a diverse range of environments including Catering, hotel
and Upscale restaurants. I am currently a Pastry chef in retail baking.
Specific interests include recipe development, theme catering and low fat /vegetarian cooking. Several of my original recipes have been published or have won awards. I am always interested in corresponding with other industry professionals and hearing of interesting opportunities for growth, education and employment.
